How Long Will It Take To Make My Cover?
You can expect to receive your custom made cover between 3-5 weeks after ordering. We’ll stay in touch and keep you date throughout the ordering process letting you know when you will receive your cover/s.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally although quotes for delivery are required and fulfilment time may vary from country to country. This is due to shipping timeframes and other variables.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
For you piece of mind, we use tracked shipping that requires a signature upon delivery. This ensures you have visibility of your goods as they’re in transit and confirms possession.
Payment Information
What Types of Payment do you Accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and apple Pay. We are proudly powered by stripe payments which offers encryted 256bit security ensuring your payment details are safe.
Payment in full?
You will see ‘The Custom Cover Store’ on your credit card bill and payment and order information will be emailed to you. We require full payment prior to manufacturing or dispatching covers.
Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Placing an order for a custom made outdoor cover is easier than you think. Our patented software collects all the information we need to manufacture the cover you need without any fuss so you can get on with your day.
Do You Offer Returns or Change of Mind?
Returns are not something we’re able to help with as all our covers are made to order to the specifications that you supply. If you happen to change your mind, it’s unlikely that the cover you’ve purchased will be able to be re-purposed for any other customer, and for this reason, we don’t offer returns or change of mind.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Cancellations are also not possible, as our ordering systems and processes pass orders directly to our manufacturing floor for increase efficiency ensuring you get your cover in the quickest amount of time.
